锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢长骨粉碎性骨折临床分析

目的:探究锁定加压钢板内固定治疗四肢长骨粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法:对近年来在我院接受治疗的72例四肢长骨粉碎性骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾分析,按照治疗方式的区别分为观察组36例与对照组36例,对照组给予石膏外固定及手法复位治疗,观察组则给予锁定加压钢板(LCP)内固定治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:所有患者均实现解剖复位,骨折愈合时间4~11个月,均未发生严重并发症。观察组患者关节功能的恢复优良率为94.4%,明显高于对照组的72.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与传统石膏外固定治疗四肢长骨粉碎性骨折相比,LCP内固定疗法具有固定可靠、创伤小、功能恢复好等优点,值得推广。

A clinical analysis of treating limb long bone fractures by locking compression plate therapy

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of locking compression plate fixation for long bone fractures. Methods： 72 cases of long bone fractures were retrospectively analyzed, according to the difference, 36 patients were divided into observation and control group of 36 patients; control group was treated with external fixation and plaster manual reduction, the observation group was treated with locking compression plate （LCP） i]xation. Results： All patients achieved anatomic reduction, fracture healing time 4~ 11 months, no serious complications. Observation group to restore joint fimction in patients with an excellent rate was 94.4%, significantly higher than 72.2%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compared with traditional plaster external fixation of long bone fractures compared to, LCP has a fixed and reliable fixation therapy, trauma, functional recovery and good, worthy ofloromotion.
