架空地线腐蚀与防护技术发展现状

摘    要:当前投入使用的输电线路架空地线,大多采用热浸镀纯锌进行腐蚀防护。在沿海、工污染区等重腐蚀环境下,一般5~8年后发生明显锈蚀,使用寿命不足10年,远不能满足电网安全要求;在强电场、雷击等电磁场环境下,架空地线受到电磁感应影响产生感应电压和感应电流,导致金属镀层加速腐蚀,但其对架空地线的耐蚀性能影响机理尚未明确,亟待深入研究。因此探索架空地线新型防护技术及其在强电磁场环境下的腐蚀影响评价,成为架空地线耐蚀性能提高的重要研究方向。

The Development of Anti-corrosion Technology for Overhead Ground Wires
Abstract:Hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion technology has been widely used for overhead ground wire in current electric transmission lines.In heavy pollution environment,such as coastal,acid rain area and industrial concentration areas,these overhead ground wires are from grid security requirements for their obvious corrosion in 5 ~8 years and less than 10 years' working life.In electromagnetic environment,such as highfield and thunderstrike,the overhead wires have induction current and voltage,and could influence the anti-corrosion performance of film.However,the influence on anti-corrosion property of overhead ground wires has not been definited which is caused by induction current and voltage.It is an important research direction to improve anti-corrosion performance of overhead ground wires in terms of new protection technology and the evaluation of corrosion in strong electromagnetic environment.
