美国食品安全管理体系及其借鉴

目的：改善中国食品安全管理体系,保障居民饮食安全和社会稳定。方法：比照美国食品安全管理体系,结合中国食品安全管理体系现状进行分析。结果：美国食品安全管理体系具有监管部门合作有力、法律保障制度较为完善、生产标准与技术规范严格、拥有问题食品召回和自动扣留制度、舆论监督和举报制度、问责和惩罚制度等特点。结论：借鉴美国食品安全管理体系中的优点,中国应改革监管机构、完善法律体系和技术规范以及构建电话反馈系统和网络交流平台。

Management system of food safety in America

Objective To improve the management system of food safety in China,and to guarantee food safety and social stability for residents.Methods We analyzed the present situation of food safety management system by comparing it with American food safety management system.Results The management system of food safety in America showed many features such as powerful regulatory cooperation,relatively perfect legal protection,strict production standards and technical specifications,the problem food recall system and automatic detention system,public surveillance and reporting system and accountability and punishment system.Conclusions We should learn from American food safety management system,and reform the regulatory authority,perfect the law system and technical specifications and establish the phone feedback system and the network communication platform.
