聚合氯化铝铁与聚丙烯酰胺复合絮凝剂的制备及其对印染废水的处理

摘    要:利用正交试验的方法对印染废水的混凝处理最佳试验条件进行了研究。通过聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对模拟印染废水处理效果的研究,证实表明:在溶液pH值为7,PAFC与PAM投加量比值为5:2,温度为50℃,搅拌时间为10 min时,对模拟印染废水处理得到较为满意的效果,COD的去除率为72.63%,经处理后水的吸光度为0.3037。

Abstract:Orthogonal experiment method of optimizing dyeing wastewater coagulation experimental conditions was studied. Treatment effects of simulated dyeing wastewater by polyaluminum ferric chloride (PAFC) and polyacrylamide(PAM) were investigated. The results show that: when pH value is 7, PAFC and PAM dosing ratio is 3:2, temperature is 55 ℃, and stirring time is 15 min, the simulated dyeing wastewater treatment can get satisfactory results, COD removal rate is 78.63%, treated water absorbance is 0.5097.
