高效复合型氯盐融雪剂的制备研究

摘    要:以氯化钙、氯化镁为主要原料,同时添加缓蚀剂,自制高效复合型融雪剂。以融雪剂的融雪能力、pH值和腐蚀性为评价指标,通过考察反应温度、物料配比等因素,确定了复合型融雪剂制备的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,自制复合型融雪剂的最佳制备温度为60℃;最佳物料配比为氯化钙∶氯化镁∶苯甲酸钠=10∶5∶1,其融雪能力比氯化钠型融雪剂的融雪能力高12.75%;不同浓度的融雪剂pH值均满足《道路除冰融雪剂标准》(GB/T23851-2009)的规定;对铁钉的腐蚀能力是:氯化钠〉市售融雪剂〉氯化钙〉自制融雪剂。

Abstract:Highly efficient snow-melting agent was prepared from calcium chloride and magnesium chloride. In order to determine the optimum process conditions for preparation of the snow-melting agent, effects of the main raw material ratio and reaction temperature were investigated. The ability of melting snow, pH value and corrosion of the composite snow-melting agent were evaluated. The experimental results show that the optimum conditions for preparing the composite snow-melting agent are as follows reaction temperature 60 ℃, material ratio of calcium chloride/magnesium chloride/benzoic acid sodium 10:5:1. The melting snow ability of the composite agent is 12.75% higher than that of sodium chloride. All pH of various snow-melting agents can satisfy the requirement in"Salt of Ice and Snow Melting for Road"(GB/T 23851-2009). The corrosion ability of four solutions on iron nails is as follows: sodium chloride〉commercial snow-melting agent〉calcium chloride〉homemade snow-melting agent.
