摘    要:西北某锌冶炼厂经湿法冶炼及浮选等工序后得到硫磺产品和热滤渣,其中热滤渣为浸出产出的冶炼固废,富含锌、金、铁等有价金属,且硫主要以单质硫为主,含量约为52%.采用碱浸方式处理该热滤渣,可降低热滤渣中硫含量,生成的硫化钠与热滤渣中其他金属元素结合生成硫化盐,进而实现渣中有价金属元素的富集,减少固废排放.该工艺提供了一种经济...

Abstract:A zinc smelter in northwestern China obtains sulfur products and hot filter residues after wet smelting and flotation processes. The hot filter residue is smelting solid waste produced by leaching, which is rich in valuable metals such as zinc, gold, and iron, and sulfur is mainly Elemental sulfur is the main component, with a content of about 52.00%. Treating the hot filter residue by alkali leaching can reduce the sulfur content in the hot filter residue, and the generated sodium sulfide combines with other metal elements in the hot filter residue to form sulfide salts, thereby achieving the enrichment of valuable metal elements in the residue and reducing solid waste emissions. The process provides a feasible technical route in terms of economic benefits, process technology, etc., which can realize the efficient enrichment of valuable metals and produce high-performance product sodium sulfide. The sodium sulfide product was used for the copper-molybdenum separation test and compared with industrial sodium sulfide. The results showed that the copper-molybdenum separation test was carried out with the sodium sulfide obtained by high-alkali multiple leaching, and the separation index was excellent, and the separation effect was basically the same as that of industrial sodium sulfide , Can be used in the industrial application of copper-molybdenum separation, providing a technical reference for processing this type of hot filter residue.
