桩核冠修复的生物力学研究进展

摘    要:桩核冠修复是大多数残冠、残根得以保留的重要方法,近年来其材料、技术发展极为迅速,在国内外牙科应用于临床的桩核材料不下数十种。多年的临床经验表明桩核冠修复仍具有一定的失败率,主要在于牙折和桩冠脱落。从牙体组织、桩核材料及结构等方面探讨影响桩核冠修复的牙齿抗力和应力分布大小的因素。

Abstract:Post-core-crown is an important restorative treatment for best reserving the residual crown and residual roots. The materials and techniques used in post-core-crown treatment were developed quickly in recent years so that there were more than ten kinds of post-core materials have been used in clinic world wide. Past clinical experience indicated that failures, mainly dental fracture or post crown ablating, still happened to some extent. In this article we discuss the influence of such factors as dental tissue, material and post structure, etc on the fracture resistance and stress distribution after post-core-crown restorative treatment.
