摘    要:重心法是一种高精度的CCD像点位置提取算法,但由于需要处理的数据量很大,一般用硬件很难实现高采样率和实时性。在CCD光电精密在线测量系统的数据采集处理中,采用高速A/D和DSP芯片设计CCD测厚系统的硬件处理电路,给出了详细的硬件处理电路和软件设计方法,用硬件实现了对CCD信号的细分和重心算法处理,解决了一般情况下系统无法做到的高采样率和实时性问题,大大提高了系统的测量精度和实时性。

Abstract:Centroid algorithm is a high accuracy method of locate the image point on CCD.But large amount of data need handling,which makes it difficulty to meet the demand of high respondency and real-time.When designed the data acquistion and processing system of a high accuracy photoelectricity on-line measurement system,high speed A/D and DSP were used to design the hardware circuit of on-line thickness gauging system.The particular hardware processing circuit and software design methods were introduced,which made the subdivision and centroid algorithm come true with hardware circuit,and resolved the high sampling speed and real-time problem which the normal system can not do.The measurement accuracy and real-time ability of system were highly increased.
