摘    要:为了适应现代电力系统生产运行对保护控制系统的要求,以工程实际为基础,提出一种以美国GE公司继电保护产品为主体构成的发电厂整套微机保护系统方案,系统辅以LG的K7M—DR60U型PLC完成。基层控制功能,采用工程组态软件SDP600开发上位机的监控界面。该方案克服了进口设备人机界面可读性低、操作复杂的缺陷,相对部分国内产品又有较高的可靠性和性价比,采用PUC进行现场信号收集,开发了可读性强的人机交互界面和通用性良好的软件功能模块,使整个控制保护系统更加简单可靠。

Abstract:To meet the demand of protection and control for modern power system, based on the practical project, a microcomputer-based protection scheme was proposed. The scheme mainly uses the GE company's relay protection device, and the LG company's K7M-DR60U PLC for the control function. This scheme conquers the defect of unreadable interface and complex operation for the foreign device, while it is reliable and with high-quality-price ratio compared to domestic devices. The PLC for the collection of location signal is adopted in the scheme, and its interface is readable, and its software module is adaptable, so the whole control and protection system is more simple and reliable.
