合成三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯的研究

摘    要:以三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、丙烯酸(AA)为原料,环己烷和甲苯混合物为带水剂,合成了三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA).考察了原料配比、阻聚剂用量、催化剂种类和夹水剂用量等因素对产物收率的影响.结果表明:n(AA):n(TMP)=4.0:1,催化剂A用量为3.0%,阻聚剂对苯二酚和对羟基苯甲醚(MEHG)用量分别为0....

Abstract:Trimethylopropane triacrylate(TMPTA) was synthesized by the esterification reaction of trimethylolpmpane(TMP) and acrylic acid(AA) catalyzed by catalyst A at 4.0:1 mole ratio of acrylic acid to trimethylolpropane using hydroquinone and p-hydroxyanisole as polymerization inhibitors,cyclohexane and toluene as water carrying agent.The influence of conditions on TMPTA yield such as temperature,reaction time and the amount of catalyst in the reaction yield were investigated.The optimum conditions were reaction temperature 90 to 104 ℃,catalyst A concentration 3%,polymerization inhibitor concentrations of hydroquinone 0.9% and p-hydroxyanisole 0.2%,and reaction time 8 h.The volume ratio of toluene with cyclohexane in mixed water carrying agent was 55%~45%.Under these conditions,the yield of TMPTA was 83.1%.The esterification conversion was 93.7%,and TMPTA content in product was 87.8%.
