2000-2007年沈阳市皇姑区法定报告传染病疫情分析

目的　掌握辽宁省沈阳市皇姑区甲、乙类传染病的流行特征,为制定全区甲、乙类传染病控制规划提供依据。方法　对沈阳市皇姑区2000-2007年各年度法定报告传染病疫情资料进行综合分析。结果　沈阳市皇姑区2000-2007年法定传染病共报告16 518例，年均发病率为288. 19/10万，报告发病率居前5位的是细菌性痢疾、肺结核、猩红热、梅毒、病毒性乙型肝炎，占总传染病报告发病数的75.66%。发病高峰季节为8月；年龄以20岁组为主，占总发病数的19.26%；职业以家务待业、学生和工人为主，分别占总发病数的18.30%、16.30%和15.71%；病种以消化道传染病为主，占总报告发病数的43.86%。结论　沈阳市皇姑区2000-2007年法定报告传染病年均发病率与前8年相比下降27.27%，主要传染病病种消化道传染病、呼吸道传染病仍处于主要地位。

Analysis on notifiable infectious diseases in Huanggu district of Shenyang, Liaoning province, 2000-2007
