| 摘 要： | 目的了解周口市乙型病毒性肝炎流行现状及其变化趋势,为制定乙肝综合预防控制策略提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,对周口市10个县1~18岁2 449人进行乙肝血清流行病学调查,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)法检测乙肝病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)、乙肝病毒表面抗体(抗-HBs)。结果周口市人群HBsAg、抗-HBs阳性率分别是2.29%和81.18%,HBsAg阳性率与1999年相比明显下降。结论接种乙肝疫苗是控制人群HBV感染的有效措施,能提高抗-HBs阳性率,降低HBsAg携带率,提高人群对HBV的免疫保护能力。
