| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应对方式在应激性生活事件与亚健康之间的中介效应,为促进青少年身心健康提供参考。方法选取哈尔滨、北京、太原、重庆、贵阳、鄂州、绍兴、广州8座城市17 622名中学生和大学生为研究对象,进行应激性生活事件问卷、特质应对方式问卷和青少年亚健康多维评定问卷调查。结果压抑和退避等消极应对方式在应激性生活事件和躯体亚健康关联中起到了部分中介效应,压抑应对方式在总效应中所占比例为19.4%～30.1%,退避应对方式在其中所占比例为18.6%～26.3%。压抑和退避应对方式在各应激性生活事件和心理亚健康之间也起到了部分中介效应,压抑应对方式占总效应的25.2%～34.0%,退避应对方式所占比例为20.1%～29.9%。结论消极应对方式在应激性生活事件和亚健康之间有显著的中介效应,合理的应对方式对青少年身心健康的促进有积极作用。
