摘    要:本工作完善、开发了一种规程优化的新方法--等式目标函数规程最优化方法.计算了五机架1700冷连轧机组的产量最高、设备充分利用以及板形良好的最优规程.证实了本方法的突出优点是计算方法简单、运算速度快、适应性强;可以作为过程计算机在线规程优化计算的数学模型.

Abstract:A new method of optimal scheduling for strip rolling mill has been improved anddeveloped in this work. It can be expressed with target function as an identical relation.For 1700 five stands cold tandem mill, the optimal schedule aiming at the highestproductivity, efficient use of equipment and quality shape are calculated separately.It has been proved that the apparent advantages of the newly-developed method arefast and simple in calculation and good in adaptability. It can be used as the mathematicalmodel of on-line optimal schedule calculation for process computer.
