正常分娩综合性实验在产科护理教学中的应用研究

目的探讨正常分娩综合性实验在产科护理教学中的应用及效果。方法将2010级113名护理本科生分为试验组56名和对照组57名。试验组进行4学时的正常分娩综合性实验,对照组进行传统的外阴清洁与消毒操作考核。比较两组学生的测验成绩,并采用自设问卷,调查试验组学生对教学效果的评价。结果试验组学生测验成绩优于对照组(P<0.01);试验组学生普遍认为正常分娩综合性实验教学效果好。98.21%的学生认为加深了理论知识与操作技能之间的联系,96.43%认为有利于知识的理解和运用及加强团队协作精神,94.64%认为有助于提高学习兴趣。结论正常分娩综合性实验教学效果良好,能提高学生综合素质。

Application of natural labor comprehensive experiments in the course of Obstetric Nursing

Objective To evaluate the effects of natural labor comprehensive experiments in the course of Obstetric Nursing. Methods Totally 113 undergraduate nursing students in grade 2010 were divided into two groups. Natural labor comprehensive experiments were implemented in the experimental group,while the students in the control group took the skills exam of cleaning and disinfection of the vulva. The students＇ performance in the theory test was compared between the two groups. In addition,the students in the experimental group were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire. Results The students achieved higher test score in the experimental group than the control group（P〈0.01）. Most of them considered that natural labor comprehensive experiments achieved good teaching outcomes, such as strengthening the interation of knowledge and practice（98.21%）,facilitating the understanding and appication of knowledge （96.43%）, enhancing teamwork （96.43%） and improving learning enthusiasm （94.64%）. Conclusion The natural labor comprehensive experiment is an effective method to improve nursing students＇ comprehensive abilities.
