含硅酸盐废水的处理

摘    要:对石油化工催化剂生产过程中排出的高pH的硅酸盐废水的处理进行了研究。利用X-射线衍射方法确定了絮凝沉降物的结构和组成。结果表明,从水洗废水中得到的絮凝沉淀物与自然沉降所得物质相同,可进一步回收利用。讨论了废水水质的稳定性和处理方法。结果表明,ZC-2F是一种性能优良的含硅酸盐废水处理剂。

Abstract:Waste water with high pH value and high silicate content,discharged during the course of production of petroleum refining catalysts has been studied.The structure and composition of the silicate obtained from the flocculated mass are identified and examined by using X ray diffraction method.The results show that it is similar to natural silicate,and can be recovered.Methods for stabilizing and treatment of the waste water are also discussed.Flocculation tests demonstrate that the ZC 2F synthesized from DMDAAC and AM is a satisfactory flocculant for silicate containing waste water treatment.
