| 摘 要： | 如何在高速PCB设计过程中充分考虑信号完整性因素，并采取有效的控制措施是当今PCB设计业界的一个热门课题。文章介绍了高速电路设计中的信号完整性问题，着重分析了端接匹配技术的原理和应用，并对不同端接类型给出了仿真分析结果，对实际电路设计调试有较大的指导意义。

| Abstract: | How to fully consider signal integrity and take effective measures is a hot topic in PCB design field. This paper introduces SI in the process of high speed PCB design. It analyzes the principle and application of termination matching emphatically. At the same time, it shows the simulation results. It is very helpful for the design and debugging of PCB. |
