| 摘 要： | 介绍了SA-213T91、SA-387Gr91CL2的化学成分,阐述了T91类材质膜式壁管屏的焊接难点。选择和实际产品相近的材料按照相关技术条件进行了试验,试验表明,选择的焊接材料能够满足焊接工艺性能的要求,焊缝尺寸满足技术条件的要求。并通过比较模拟试验和实际生产的差别,提出了控制预热温度的方法,阐明了实际生产中应注意的事宜。

| Abstract: | The chemical composition of SA-213T91 and SA-387Gr91CL2 and the difficulties in the welding of the membrane wall tube panel produced by T91 steel are analyzed. The similar materials to the actual product are tested according to the relevant technical standards. The result shows that the selected welding consumables can meet the requirements of welding performance, and the size of the weld can meet the requirements of the relevant technical standards. By the comparison of the differences between test and product, the methods to control the preheat temperature and some points in production are proposed. |
