摘    要:本文简要介绍了微波水热和微波烧结技术的作用机理和特点,综述了微波水热与微波烧结在制备压电陶瓷方面的研究进展。在合成压电陶瓷材料上的应用上对微波制备技术与传统工艺进行比较,表明微波制备技术是一种极具潜力的技术;最后对微波水热结合微波烧结技术在提高压电陶瓷性能方面的前景作了展望并提出微波制备工艺在未来发展中亟待解决的若干问题。

Abstract:In this paper the characteristics and mechanisms of microwave hydrothermal and sintered are mentioned,the research progress of microwave hydrothermal and sintered to synthetic process of piezoelectric ceramic are summarized.The application of microwave technology and traditional pyrogenation methods are compared in synthesis of piezoelectric ceramic,the result shows that microwave technology is an attractive potential technology.In the end,the prospect of microwave hydrothermal and sintered in piezoelectric ceramic is viewed and some problems to be solved are pointed out.
