头针治疗偏头痛的疗效及对CGRP、NO的调节

摘    要:目的观察头针疗法治疗偏头痛的临床疗效及对降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、血浆一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法头针治疗30例偏头痛患者,观察治疗效果及治疗前后CGRP、NO的变化,并与30例健康人的CGRP、NO值进行比较。结果总有效率83.3%,治疗前CGRP、NO含量较健康对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);头针治疗后可使患者CGRP水平明显提高(P<0.01),NO水平无明显变化。结论头针疗法可以调节偏头痛患者血浆CGRP的水平,并起到止痛作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of scalp acupuncture on migraine and its regulating effect on plasma calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) and nitric oxide (NO). Methods Thirty migraine patients were treated with scalp acupuncture. The therapeutic effect and posttreatment changes in CGRP and NO were investigated. CGRP and NO values were respectively compared with those in 30 healthy persons. Results The total efficacy rate was 83.3%. CGRP and NO contents were significantly lower before treatment compared with the healthy control group (P<0.01). CGRP levels significantly increased (P<0.01) but NO levels did not significantly change in the patients after treatment with scalp acupuncture. Conclusion Scalp acupuncture can regulate plasma CGRP levels and produce an analgesic effect in migraine patients.
