单、双极电凝用于腹腔镜全子宫切除术1500例分析

目的探讨使用单、双极电凝等基本的腹腔镜器械在腹腔镜全子宫切除术中的临床应用价值。方法收集本院2007年1月至2011年12月期间使用单、双极电凝完成腹腔镜下全子宫切除术1500例,对患者的手术时间、术中出血量、并发症、住院时间以及术后恢复情况等进行回顾性分析。结果本组平均的手术时间为(88±20)min(范围为55～180min),平均术中出血量为(154±110)ml(范围为30～560m1),平均住院天数为(5.5±0.5)天,手术前后均未出现严重并发症,所有患者预后均良好。结论单、双极电凝用于腹腔镜下子宫全切除术操作安全、有效,易于掌握,术后恢复好,手术器械简便、经济,值得推广。

Clinical Analysis of Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy Using Monopolar and Bipolar Electrocoagulation in 1500 Cases

Objective To investigate the clinical value of monopolar electrocoagulation and bipolar electrocoagulation in total laparoscopic hysterectomy (TLH). Methods 1 500 cases of total laparoscopic hysterectomy by monopolar and bipolar electrocoagulation in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2011 were selected. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, complications, hospitalization time and prognosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results The average operation time was (88 ± 20) min (55~180 min); the average intraoperative blood loss was (154 ± l10) ml (30~560 ml); the average hospitalization time was (5.5 ± 0.5) days. No complication was found before and after operation, and the postoperative prognosis was favorable. Conclusions Monopolar and bipolar electrocoagulation using in total laparoscopic hysterectomy is safe, effective, easy to learn and has good prognosis; the surgical instruments are convenient, economic, and worthy of popularization.
