铝型材挤压模具交互式参数化实时设计系统的研究

摘    要:在VB开发环境下,构造了铝型材挤压模具的交互式参数化实时设计系统,可实现对铝型材挤压模具强度进行有限元分析的实时处理、人工神经网络技术与遗传算法相结合的结构优化及基于智能化语言AutoLISP的参数化程序绘图。系统功能强,模块通用性好,图形库扩展性强,对实际铝型材挤压生产过程有重要的指导意义。

Interactive and Parameterized Real-Time Design System for Extrusion Die of Aluminum Profiles
Abstract:On the basis of Visual Basic database, we designed an interactive and parameterized real time integration system for extrusion die of aluminum profiles. In designing this system, we made some theoretical explorations, such as: (1) different from usual simulation, we brought elastic FEM (Finite Element Method) into the strength analysis of extrusion dies to take into consideration the coupling of stress field and temperature field; (2) we used structure control Artificial Neural Networks technology to map the rigidity matrix of every element, to integrate all element rigidity matrixes into total rigidity matrix and to derive the rigidity formula, which made possible the real time calculation of elastic FEM; (3) with the help of the real time calculation system, Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) and Genetic Algorithm (GA) were used to optimize the extrusion die structure; (4) artificial intelligent language AutoLISP embedded in AutoCAD system was used to parameterize the program so that the optimized structure charts of extrusion die could be output automatically. We summarize our discussion of the system as follows: (1) coupling stress field with temperature field, we could obtain the different states of equivalent stress and equivalent strain in an extrusion die under different temperature conditions; (2) the FEM analysis of extrusion die was real time when using ANN; (3) the stress convergence was obviously better; the stress values of dangerous points were greatly reduced in the optimized extrusion die; (4) parameterization programming design method using AutoLISP language improved the efficiency of CAD very much. The system has come into use by an aluminum profiles manufacturer in Fujian Province in China and has played a very important role in accelerating updating of products, and lowering production cost.
