490柴油机配气机构的改进设计

摘    要:针对490柴油机配气存在的问题和缺陷,进行了改进设计,采用每缸2个气门的方案。完成了配气机构的设计,包括有进、排气门的设计;气门大小弹簧的设计;以及凸轮轴的设计。应用Matlab程序编程,采用余弦型缓冲曲线的对称型五项式高次方凸轮,绘出了挺柱升程、速度、加速度曲线。

Abstract:This improved design is to aim at issue and defect of 490 diesel engine,each cylinder with two valves.This article designs the valve actuating mechanism,including the design of the enter and exhaust valve,its big and small spring,as well as the cam shaft.The symmetry five type high power of exponent cam is used with the cosine cushion curve computing by Matlab procedure programming to obtain the lift,the speed and the acceleration curves of tappet.
