| 摘 要： | 研制了一种傅里叶变换存储光刻系统,为在光刻胶干版上进行傅里叶变换存储研究提供了一种有效的工具。系统采用空间光调制器作为图像输入,能够对图像进行空间、角度复用自动记录傅里叶全息图。由于曝光时间达到毫秒级,记录过程对振动不敏感,不需要防震全息台。系统输入图像的条纹最高空间频率为每毫米19线对,记录频率达每分钟10次。

| Abstract: | A digital Fourier transform holographic storage system has been developed for recording the data on photoresist plate.It is an efficient tool on the research of Fourier transform storage with angle multiplexing or spatial multiplexing on photoresist plates automatically.The system can be run in the normal circumference and has the low-vibration sensitive feature due to the very shot exposure rates.The space frequency of input image can be up to 19 lines pairs/mm and 10 images can be recorded in every minute. |
