| 摘 要： | 我院通过多年的探索和实践，心理健康教育形成了“十个一工程”的模式，即健全一种管理体制、建设一支工作队伍、打造一块咨询阵地、培育一门精品课程、举办一组心理讲座、组织一周主题活动、建立一份心理档案、鼓励一切自助行动、整合一校优势资源、形成一批研究成果，有力地推动了心理健康教育工作的开展。 |

| Abstract: | The exploration of mechanism,contents and methods of psychological education for students in medical colleges is valuable in theory and practice.Through a lot of exploration and practice formany years, we found a "ten 'ONE' program" psychological education pattern: management system perfected,good work team organized,advisory position built,fine course created,a series of lectures conducted,weekly psychological activities conducted,psychological files established,self-help activities encouraged,college resources integrated,research achievements acquired. |
