综合医院神经科87例复视患者病因分析

目的探讨复视的常见病因，提高临床诊断水平。方法对87例以复视为主诉的患者临床资料进行回顾性总结分析。结果引起复视的常见病因依次为炎症（27．59％）、重症肌无力（18．39％）、颅内动脉瘤（13．79％）、肿瘤（12．64％）、糖尿病（8．05％）、脑干卒中（5．75％）；单眼受累多见于神经源性损害，双眼受累多为肌源性损害。结论复视病因复杂，详细正确的临床资料收集和必要的辅助检查有助于鉴别诊断。

Etiological analysis on 87 cases with diplopia in department of neurology of comprehensive hospitals

Objective To investigate the common pathogenic factors for diplopia as chief complaints in patients referred to neurology department in comprehensive hospitals. Methods The clinical data of 87 cases with diplopia as the chief complaints were retrospectively analyzed in combination with diagnostic examination results including clinical symptoms, physical signs, and auxiliary examinations such as imaging and neuro - electrophysiology, etc. Results Sequentially, the common pathogenic factors for diplopia were inflammation （ 27.59% ）, myasthenia gravis （ 18.39% ）, intraeranial aneurysm （ 13.79% ） , tumor （ 12.64% ） , diabetes （8.05 % ） and brainstem apoplexy （ 5.75% ） , while other factors were infrequent. Cases with monocular involvement were mostly due to neurogenic damages, while binocular involvement was due to myogenic damages. Conclusion The pathogenic factors for diplopia were complicated, and therefore detailed clinical data should be correctly collected and necessary diagnostic examinations should be performed for proper diagnosis and treatment.
