摘    要:钢结构铰接连接是工程建筑中不可或缺的一个重要连接方式,在钢结构钢柱吊装施工中占有很大比重。钢结构铰接的作用是剪力传递,随着铰接点的转动受剪,其作用力主要在铰接点中心,使其两端的上部结构承四面压力,能起到均匀分散压力的作用。铰接埋置式螺栓预埋施工是钢结构钢柱安装的基础性工作,其精准度直接影响到钢结构建筑安装质量,掌握并控制好螺栓位置、垂直度、长度及标高是钢结构施工的关键因素,保证质量要求可减少扩孔和二次处理工程量,对钢结构能否顺利安装具有重要意义。本文提出的扁担套架辅助安装预埋螺栓新型施工工艺解决了钢结构铰接埋置式螺栓高精度定位施工重难点问题,同时该技术在项目上的研发和应用获得"扁担套架"国家实用新型专利(专利号:ZL 201821860297.9)。

Abstract:The hinged connection in steel structures is an indispensable and important connection method in engineering construction,and it occupies a large proportion in the installation of steel structure steel column.The function of the steel structure hinge is to transmit shear force.With the rotation of the hinge joint,the shear force is mainly in the center of the joint,so that the upper structure at both ends of the joint can bear the pressure from all sides,which can evenly distribute the pressure.Hinged embedded bolt pre-embedding construction is the basic work of steel column installation.The accuracy of embedded bolts directly affects the installation quality of steel structure buildings.Mastering and controlling the position,verticality,length and elevation of the bolts are the key factors for steel structure construction.Ensuring the above quality requirements can reduce workload of the reaming and secondary treatment,which is of great significance to the smooth installation of steel structures.In the paper,a new construction technology for auxiliary installation of embedded bolts with carrying pole frame is proposed to solve the difficult problems of high-precision positioning of hinged embedded bolts in steel structures.Meanwhile,the research and development and application of the technology have obtained the national patent for utility model of“carrying pole frame”(Patent No.:ZL 201821860297.9).
