摘    要:采用熔融共混法制备出了高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)/苯乙烯接枝马来酸酐(SMA)/CG-ATH纳米复合材料,研究了SMA的加入量对复合材料阻燃性能、力学性能和界面粘结性能的影响.结果表明,SMA的加入可以提高复合材料的阻燃性能、拉伸性能和弯曲性能,但对复合材料冲击性能的提高没有产生明显的效果;SMA的加入有助于强化纳米CG-ATH在HIPS基体中的分散性及其与HIPS基体间的界面粘结性.

Abstract:HIPS/SMA/CG-ATH nano-composite was prepared by melt blending HIPS with SMA and nano-CG-ATH.The effect of the SMA amount on flame retardant,mechanical,and interfacial adhesion properties of the nano-composite was studied.The results showed that the flame retardant,tensile,and flexural properties of the nano-composite could be increased by adding the SMA,but the impact property of the nano-composite was hardly improved.The addition of the SMA was beneficial to improve the dispersion of the nano-CG-ATH in HIPS...
