纺粘法非织造布服用性能研究

对6种不同面密度的纺粘法非织造布的拉伸强力、顶破强力、悬垂性、保暖性、透气性、耐磨性、折痕回复性和透水性进行测试,探讨了作为服装材料使用的纺粘法非织造布的性能要求。结果表明,聚酯纺粘非织造布具有优良的弹性和回复性,挺括,不起皱,保形性好,抗拉强力和撕裂强力等指标较高,能够满足多种用途的需求。

Study on the wearability of spunbond nonwovens

Six spunbond nonwovens with different area density made of pure polyester were tested on involved tensile,bursting,abrasion resistance,crease recovery ,drape,warm,air permeability,water permeability,and so on. The performance requirements of spunbond nonwovens when they were used as clothing material was explored through the analysis of experimental results. The main indexes are tensile curve, breaking strength,breaking elongation,bursting strength,drape coefficient,heat transfer coefficient and so on.
