| 摘 要： | 目的探讨间隙连接蛋白（Cx43）在癌旁组织、肝硬化组织和肝细胞癌中的表达及其在肝细胞癌中的意义。方法应用组织芯片技术和免疫组织化学技术sP法检测81例癌旁组织、82例肝硬化组织和359例肝细胞癌中Cx43的表达。结果Cx43在肝细胞癌中的表达低于癌旁组织和肝硬化组织，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．001）；癌旁组织高于肝硬化组织，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。Cx43与肝细胞癌的组织学分级、术后无瘤生存时间以及肿瘤直径有关（P〈0．001、P〈0．05和P〈0．05），而与临床分期、淋巴结转移和脉管或门静脉癌栓无关（P〉0．05）。结论Cx43的异常表达与肿瘤的发生及预后有关，可以作为判断肝细胞癌预后有用指标之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship of the expression and clinical significance of Cx43 in HCC.Methods The expression of Cx43 was examined by tissue microarray and immunohistochemical SP method in 81 cases of tumor-adjacent tissues,82 cases of liver cirrhosis tissue and 359 cases of HCC tissue.Results The positive rate of Cx43 in HCC was lower than the tumor-adjacent tissues and the liver cirrhosis tissue(all the P<0.01).The positive rate of Cx43 in tumor-adjacent tissues was higher than liver cirrhos... |
