摘    要:研究了掺杂酸种类、氧化剂浓度、反应温度、有机酸浓度对聚苯胺导电性的影响,选用过硫酸铵(APS)作为氧化剂,磺基水杨酸(SSA)和对甲苯磺酸(TSA)两种有机酸作为掺杂酸,经过试验探索得到最佳的工艺:苯胺与APS、掺杂酸的摩尔比为1∶1∶1,聚合温度0℃,APS浓度为1.0 mol/L,SSA和TSA的浓度分别为0.3 mol/L和0.4 mol/L。

Abstract:The effects of acid type, oxidant concentration, temperature and concentration of organic acid onthe conductive of polyaniline were studied. Ammonium persulfate was used as the oxidant, SSA and TSA or-ganic acid were used as the doping acid. After experimental exploration the best process were got: mole ra-tio of anitine, ammonium persulfate and organic acid was 1:1:1, polymerization temperature was 0 ℃, oxi-dant concentration was 1.0 mol/L, the concentration of the doping acid SSA and TSA were 0.3 mol/L and 0.4 mol/L.
