利津县农村居民慢性非传染性疾病患病状况及疾病负担调查

目的了解农村居民慢性非传染性疾病患病及疾病负担情况。方法依据调查数据,了解患病情况和利用人力资源法测算疾病直接经济负担和间接经济负担,并进行分类统计。结果利津县慢性非传染性疾病排在前五位的依次是高血压、脑血管疾病、肿瘤、冠心病和糖尿病,其中高血压患病率远远高于其他疾病;其直接经济负担位于前五位的是肿瘤、脑血管疾病、冠心病、高血压和糖尿病;间接经济负担位于前五位的是肿瘤、脑血管疾病、冠心病、高血压和肺心病。结论肿瘤、脑血管疾病、冠心病和高血压,是导致慢性非传染性疾病经济负担的主要原因。
