新能源经柔性直流接入电网的控制与保护综述

摘    要:柔性直流输电技术由于在新能源并网领域的显著优势而成为适合新能源接入电网的电力传输方式,控制与保护系统是新能源通过柔性直流输电系统接入电网安全稳定运行的核心要素。目前关于新能源经柔性直流接入电网的控制与保护还缺乏较为系统的总结与归纳,为此,论文对新能源通过柔性直流输电系统并网的交直流系统协调控制策略、保护区域划分和故障快速清除方案进行综述。首先,基于国内外已投运和在建的典型新能源经柔性直流输电并网工程,对新能源直流并网的系统结构与运行方式等特点进行概述。同时,基于现有学术研究,分析并梳理了国内外在新能源经柔性直流并网的控制方法及保护策略方面的进展。最后,回顾工程应用与学术研究,结合目前中国新能源接入电网的发展趋势,探讨了多端互联网架结构下系统控制方式以及未来发展趋势,并对大规模高渗透率新能源经柔性直流并网下的控制保护技术发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract:Possessing specific advantages,VSC-HVDC tansimission technology becomes a suitable approach for renewable energy integration,and the control and protection system is the key element for the efficient,stable and secure operation of large-scale renewables integration.However,the systematic summary of the control and protection for renewable integration is not widely available in the literature.We reviewed the coordinated control strategy and fault protection scheme of renewable energy integration through VSC-HVDC.Firstly,according to the typical renewable energy integration projects,we summarized the system structure,operation mode,and respective characteristics of renewables integration system.At the same time,we analyzed the existing control and protection system through domestic&foreign projects,and discussed the control strategy trend for multi-terminal framework of power system.Finally,considering the current development trend of renewable energy integration and reviewing the existing project and research,we proposed the future roadmap of control and protection technology towards high renewables integration based on VSC-HVDC.
