窄谱蓝光不同参数治疗面部寻常性痤疮临床疗效观察

目的：对比观察窄谱蓝光不同治疗参数治疗面部寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法：应用波长为405nm的高强度窄谱蓝光治疗60例面部寻常性痤疮患者,波长为415nm的高强度窄谱蓝光治疗58例面部寻常性痤疮患者,均为每周治疗2次,共治疗8次,随访4周。计数患者炎性皮损（丘疹、脓疱、结节和囊肿）及皮损总数来计算有效率。结果：试验第6周,试验组的有效率为100.00%,对照组的有效率为96.55%,按δ=10%,进行非劣效检验结果表明,非劣效检验显著,说明试验组非劣于对照组。结论：国产高强度窄谱蓝光治疗面部寻常性痤疮疗效显著,可以替代进口蓝光痤疮治疗仪,值得临床推广。

Treatment of facial acne vulgaris by different narrow-band blue light source

Objective：To observe the efficacy of phototherapy with a narrow-band blue light source in patients with facial acne vulgaris.Methods：60 patients with facial acne vulgaris were treated with the 405nm blue light,58 patients with facial acne vulgaris were treated with the 415nm blue light,twice weekly for 4 weeks and 4 weeks following up.The number of inflammatory lesions（papules,pustules,nodules and cysts）,and the totaI number were counted to evaluate the improvement.Results：After the treatment 100 % of the patients in test group got more than 20% improvement.96.55% of the patients in control group got more than 20% improvement.Conclusion：Narrow band blue light treatment is effective for patients with facial acne vulgaris,and the efficacy was not influenced by light parameter.
