摘    要:采用三元电极对垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液的生化-混凝出水,进行了电解法处理COD反应动力学及其影响因素研究。研究表明:电解反应的COD降解曲线符合拟三级反应动力学.t时间的COD出水浓度可表示为:ct=(2kt+c0^-2)^-0.5。通过对不同工艺条件下电解法对渗滤液的COD降解曲线的进行统计分析,得出以电流密度、pH值、进水COD浓度、极间距为影响因子的k值经验模型。并将动力学模拟的COD出水值与实际运行的测量值进行比较,认为该模型可以较好地模拟电解法进行垃圾焚烧厂渗滤液后续处理的效果。进而利用Matlab的GUI功能,建立有机物处理模拟分析系统,可有效进行电解对有机物处理效果的多因素预测分析和运行费用估算。

Abstract:SPR electrode was used in electrolysis treatment on the effluent from biological and coagulation treatments of solid waste incinerator leachate, meanwhile, the kinetics model for the COD effluent concentration were set up. The result indicated that the degradation curve of COD confirm to the pseudo third order kinetics, and the formula was ct=(2kt+co^-2)^0.5, in which the C1 was the COD concentration of treatment effluent. With the statistical analysis to the degradation curve of COD from electrolysis treatment in different conditions, the experience mathematics model of k value was set up, in which the current density, pH value, COD concentration of influent and space of electrodes are effective factors. Moreover, with the comparison between the simulative COD of effluent and the experimental results, it was showed that this kinetic model could be used to investigate the COD degradation efficiency of electrolysis treatment on the effluent from biological and coagulative treatments of solid waste incinerator leachate preferably. Meanwhile, the simulation and analysis program of organics were built up by using GUI of Matlab program, so it was convenient to analysis organics removal efficiency and to estimate the cost in varied conditions.
