The harm,the disturb and the effect of noise to mankind were discussed in this paper,and the basic method of controlling noise pollution was introduced by giving the real example.The most economic and effective way is to design the low-noise tech- nological process,while controlling noise origin to make it produce lower noise is also a good way.Under some circumstances,the control of noise wave is feasible,but some- times,it will be very expensive.
