重组人肝再生增强因子可预防免疫损伤性肝纤维化的形成

观察重组人肝再生增强因子（ｒｈＡＬＲ）对免疫 务性肝纤维化的预防作用。建立人血白蛋白免疫损伤性大鼠肝纤维化模型。在造模的同时子ｒｈＡＬＲ腹腔注射。观察大鼠存活率，观察大鼠存活率，血清ＡＬＴ、ＡＳＴ、ＬＤＨ水平，肝组织胶原蛋白含量及肝脏病理学改变。结果：ｒｈＡＬＲ可提高人血白蛋白损伤生肝纤维化大鼠存活率氏肝纤维化大 ＡＬＴ、ＡＳＴ、ＬＤＨ水平，病理检查显示ｒｈＡＬＲ有明显减轻大鼠肝纤维化形成的作用；

THE PREVENTIVE EFFECTS OF RECOMBINANT HUMAN AUGMENTER OF LIVER REGENERATION ON IMMUNOCOMPLEX INDUCED LIVER FIBROSIS

To investigate the preventive effects of recombinant human augmenter of liver regeneration on immunocomplex induced liver fibrosis in an animal model. Albumin induced animal model of rat experimental liver fibrosis was developed and hALR was given in the whole process of model replication. Survival rate, serum concentration of ALT, AST, LDH, pathological examination and hepatic collagen contents served as observing paramenters. Recombinant hALR could increase the survival rates of fibrotic liver rats induced by albumin, decrease their serum concentration of ALT, AST and LDH. Pathological examination showed that hALR could decrease the formation of rat liver fibrosis. The measurement of hepatic collagen contents also indicated that the degree of liver fibrosis in hALR group was much lower than those non treatment group and negative control group. Recombinant human augmenter of liver regeneration may prevent the formation of immunocomplex induced liver fibrosis.
