| 摘 要： | 本文采用裂解气相色谱、红外光谱及穆斯堡尔谱等方法，对矿物药绿矾及炮制品中铁的价态，存在形式进行了分析和研究。实验结果表明：绿矾生样及炮制品中的铁基本是以ＥｅＳＯ４形式存在，同时含有少量Ｆｅ＾３＋，绿矾在成矿过程中有气相包裹体形成，绿矾生样经酸性诃子溶液浸泡后，其中部分铁离子形成了有机化合物，而且Ｆｅ＾２＋／Ｆｅ＾３＋比值及铁离子的离子性比绿矾生样均有显著提高。
