85例莲必治注射液不良反应的统计分析及防治

目的鉴于莲必治注射液有致急性肾功能损害及其严重的不良反应(ADR),通过分析不良反应发生的情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法利用《CHKD期刊全文数据库》及《维普中文科技期刊数据库》进行检索,并查阅相关原始文献,对2000年1月～2011年5月医药期刊中莲必治注射液所致ADR进行整理、归纳及统计分析,经剔除同一病例在不同期刊内重复报道和综述性的文献后,共查阅到相关文献22篇,计85例。结果莲必治注射液ADR与年龄无关,但与性别(P<0.05)及给药途径有关,静脉滴注易发生(P<0.05),在用药后6～30min发生率高(P<0.01);联合用药易发生(P<0.05);不良反应类型有急性肾功能损害、变态反应、胃肠道反应与皮疹等,急性肾功能损害发生率最高,占52.9%。结论莲必治注射液使用中可出现不同类型的不良反应,临床医生应加强其预防和监测,尤其应对速发型不良反应重点检测,对联合用药致急性肾功能损害重点关注,及时发现并处理,有效地减少其严重后果。

Statistical analysis and prevention of ADR caused by Lianbizhi Injections in 85 cases

Objective To analyze the ADR caused by Lianbizhi Injections and to provide a reference for rational drug usage in clinical practice.Methods By using CHKD database and VIP Database for Chinese technical periodicals to search and look up related original literature,85 cases which were openly published in domestic with ADR due to Lianbizhi Injections were selected and analyzed(Jan.2000 to May 2011).After deleting a same literature published in different journals and review literatures,we have searched for 22 related literatures and 85 cases.Result The ADR caused by Lianbihzhi Injections have no relationship with age(P>0.05).However,It is related to sexuality(P<0.05) and the way of giving medicine.The way of intravenous drip would be easier to cause ADR(P<0.05).The highest rate of ADR happened at the time after giving the medicine 6~30 min(P<0.01) and if Lianbizhi Injections combined with other medicines will be easier to cause ADR(P<0.05).The kinds of ADR were skin eruption,allergic reaction,gastrointestinal tract reaction and acute renal function lesion(ADR) which is the worst and the highest rate of ADR caused by Lianbizhi Injections,accounted for 52.9%.Conclusion Lianbizhi Injections may cause a variety of types of ADR.Clinicians should strengthen its prevention and monitoring,especially in the rapid onset of adverse reactions with focus on reduction or prevention ADR.We should focus on combination therapy-induced acute renal damage,timely detection and treatment,effectively reducing the Lianbizhi Injections ADR consequences.
