摘 要: | 通过对钢丝绳与绳轮接触应力的分析,认为采用低弹性模量的复合材料制造绳轮,可达到降低钢丝绳与绳轮的接触应力,从而提高钢丝绳使用寿命之目的。

Effect of the sheave material on the contact stress between the sheave and the wire rope |

Abstract: | By analyzing the contact stress between the wire rope and the sheave, the authors pointed out that above-montioned contact stress can be reduced by using the sheaves made of compound materials with low elastic modulus, and the service life of the wire rope can be extended thereby. |
