上海市长宁区糖尿病患者生存质量及影响因素分析

目的了解上海市长宁区某社区糖尿病患者的生存质量(QOL)及其影响因素,为今后在糖尿病常规管理工作中提供参考依据。方法采用以健康调查简表(SF-36)为主体的社区糖尿病患者调查问卷对新泾社区卫生服务中心在管411名糖尿病患者进行调查,数据应用SPSS 16.0软件进行χ2、Logistic回归统计分析。结果调查对象在生存质量的躯体疼痛(79.37±18.84)和社会功能(75.70±20.47)维度得分较高;在一般健康状况(47.47±15.63)和精力(65.49±16.12)维度得分较低。影响糖尿病患者生存质量生理内容综合测量得分(PCS)的主要因素有性别(OR=1.62)和有无并发症(OR=1.88),影响糖尿病患者生存质量心理内容综合测量得分(MCS)的主要因素有性别(OR=1.67)和糖尿病西医防治知晓(OR=3.38)。结论在糖尿病患者的日常管理中,重视他们的心理健康,针对性干预糖尿病认知、并发症早发现等可改变因素,对改善糖尿病患者生存质量有重要意义。

Analysis on life quality and its influence factors among diabetes patients in Changning District of Shanghai

Objective To investigate the quality of life （QOL） and its influence factors of diabetes patients in a community of Changning District. Methods A total of 411 diabetes patients were investigated by the self-designed questionnaire based on the SF-36. Data were analyzed by SPSS 16. 0 software to statistical methods including x2 Logistic Regression. Results Diabetes patients got higher score on BP （79. 37 ± 18.84） and SF （75.70 ±20.47） in QOL, lower score on GH （47.47 ± 15.63） and VT （65.49± 16. 12）. The main influencing factors of PCS included gender （ OR = 1.62） and complication （ OR = 1.88）, the main influencing factors of MCS included gender （ OR = 1.67） and the awareness of diabetes prevention and treatment in western medicine （OR = 3.88）. Conclusion Emphasis on mental health, targeted health interventions, such as disease awareness and early symptoms of complication, are important to improve diabetes patients QOL during their daily management.
