摘    要:针对SL3NB— 130 0钻井泵前、后缸的损坏形式 ,提出 4种修理方案。通过比较 ,采用CO2 气体保护堆焊修理该型泵前、后缸 ,施焊条件大大改善 ,收到显著效果。由现场试验得知 ,焊层与工件本体结合的质量主要取决于工艺参数的选择与匹配。如采用H0 8Mn2SiA的1 6mm焊丝时 ,选用电弧电压 2 1~ 2 2V ,焊接电流 160~ 180A ,送丝速度 14~ 2 4m /h ,CO2 气体流量 8~10L/m ,焊层硬度一般达到 2 80~ 30 0HB ,其加工性能类似于调质中碳钢 ,有利于提高加工表面粗糙度和焊层表面耐磨性。与手工电弧焊比较 ,采用本工艺可节电 36% ,节约材料费 30 %~ 4 0 % ,综合成本下降 37%~ 4 2 %。

Abstract:In the light of the failure pattern of the front and back cylinders of Model SL3NB-1300 drill pump, 4 kinds of technological processes for repair were used. Comparison shows that adopting CO2 shielded welding to repair the faulted cylinders can achieve obvious effect. Field test proves that the welding quality depends mainly on the selection and matching of technological parameters. Compared with using the manual arc welding, adopting CO2 shielded welding to repair drill pump cylinder block can save power by 36%, reduce costs for welding material by 30%~40%, and cut down the comprehensive costs by 37%~42%.
