日本新矶子电站超超临界压力煤粉锅炉

摘    要:日本是世界上研究和应用超超临界压力(USC)发电技术最早和最好的国家之一,石川岛播磨重工株式会社(IHI)是日本USC锅炉的一个主要制造商。对IHI生产的具有代表性的日本新矶子电站1号机组(600MW)USC煤粉锅炉的技术特点和运行情况进行介绍,该机组的蒸汽参数是目前日本最高的。锅炉采用一次再热和滑压运行,整体结构呈塔式结构,一些对流受热面布置在炉膛内,节约占地面积并减少烟气流通阻力。采用了平行烟道方式调节过/再热器蒸汽温度、边壁风防止高温腐蚀、高效低NOx性能的燃烧器和模块式锅炉安装。材料选择时充分考虑USC锅炉特点。锅炉投运后的运行结果表明,锅炉效率、污染物排放控制和设备的可靠性都达到或超过了设计要求。

Abstract:Japan is one of the most advanced countries in the development and application of Ultra-supercritical (USC) technology, and Ishikawajima-Harima Heavy Industries (IHI) is one of major manufacturers for USC boilers in Japan. The technical features and operations of unit 1# 600 MW USC boiler in Shin Isogo Power Station was introduced in this paper, which is of the highest steam parameters in Japan. Typically, the boiler is of single reheater and sliding pressure operation, besides, the tower type design saves construction area, for certain amount of convective heating surfaces are arranged inside the furnace and it also reduces the resistance along the gas conduct. Parallel gas conducts are designed to adjust the superheating/reheating temperature, meanwhile, the surrounding air injected upwards to prevent water-wall from high temperature corrosion and the efficient low-NOx burner and modular boiler installation are also utilized in this scheme. The materials selection is in accordance with the features of USC boilers. The practical operation shows that the efficiency, pollutant emission control and liability are improved greatly.
