膀胱冲洗液温度对老年病人经尿道前列腺电切术术后并发症的影响

[目的]探讨两种膀胱冲洗液温度对老年病人经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）术后膀胱痉挛和出血的影响。[方法]将94例老年 TURP 术后病人按随机数字表分为观察组（45例）和对照组（49例）,病人术后返回病房后立即行持续膀胱冲洗。观察组膀胱冲洗液温度为36.02℃±177;0.86℃,对照组膀胱冲洗液温度为26.04℃±177;0.84℃,记录两组病人术后发生膀胱痉挛的例数、堵管的例数、术后持续膀胱冲洗时间、冲洗液量。[结果]观察组术后膀胱痉挛、血块堵管的发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）,且术后持续膀胱冲洗时间、冲洗液量均少于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]老年病人 TURP 术后将冲洗液加温至36.02℃＆#177;0.86℃比26.04℃±177;0.84℃的冲洗效果好,可有效减轻膀胱痉挛、术后出血等不良反应。

Influence of bladder irrigation fluid temperatures on postoperative compl ications in elderly patients after transurethral resection of the prostate

Objective：To probe into the influence of bladder irrigation fluid temperatures on postoperative bleeding and cystospasm in elderly patients after transurethral resection of the prostate （TURP）.Methods：A total of 94 cases of elderly patients after TURP were randomly divided into obser-vation group （45 cases）and control group （49 cases）based on random number table,the patients in observation group received continuous bladder irrigation with （36.02 ＆#177;0.86）℃,the patients in control group received continuous bladder irrigation with （26.04＆#177;0.84）℃.Number of cases of bladder spasm,blocking the tube,postoperative continuous bladder irriga-tion time,irrigation fluid volume were recorded and compared between both groups.Results：The incidence of postoperative cystospasm and clot blocking pipe in observation group was significantly lower than that of con-trol group,（P〈0.05）;the total time and volume of irrigation fluid in ob-servation group was significantly fewer than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The flushing effect of flushing fluid heated to 36.02 ℃±177;0.86℃ is better than that of 26.04 ℃±177; 0.84 ℃ for elderly patients after TURP,and it can effectively reduce bladder spasms,postoperative bleeding and other adverse reactions.
