环保型金属清洗剂的开发与应用

摘    要:主要研究了阴离子-阳离子表面活性剂的复配及该体系在水基金属清洗剂中的应用;比较了马来酸酐-丙烯酸的共聚物的钠盐与三聚磷酸钠、4A沸石的助洗性能。拟定了金属清洗剂的配方,并对其洗涤效果和防锈性能进行了检测,结果证明该清洗剂具有较强的去污能力、良好的防锈性能、不含磷化物及对环境友好的特点。

Abstract:The mixing of anionic-cationic surfactant and the application of this system in the field of aqueous cleaning agents are studied. The builder capability of sodium salt of maleic anhydride-acrylic acid copolymer, STPP and 4A zeolite is compared. The composition of metal cleaning agent is confirmed. The washing effect and antirust performance are tested. The result shows that the cleaning agent has superior cleaning ability, better antirust performance, phosphate-free and in amity with environment.
