冠心病患者肺炎衣原体感染与血脂水平相关性研究

摘    要:目的 探讨血脂表达水平与冠心病患者肺炎衣原体IgG及炎症表达的相关性,为冠心病的预防和治疗提供参考.方法 选择在该院心内科住院的冠心病患者50例作为冠心病组,同期在该院心内科门诊就诊的非冠心病患者28例作为对照组,比较两组之间的血脂表达、肺炎衣原体(Cpn)IgG(免疫球蛋白G)阳性率和炎症表达.结果 冠心病组的TC(总胆固醇)、TG(甘油三酯)、LDL-C(低密度脂蛋白胆固醇),其水平分别为(4.75±1.33)、(1.67±0.82)、(2.88±0.86)mmol·L-1,明显高于对照组的(3.96±1.07)、(1.05±0.42)、(2.12±0.47)mmol±L-1(P<0.05);冠心病组血清中Cpn(肺炎衣原体) IgG(免疫球蛋白G)抗体阳性率为76.7%,明显高于对照组的21.2%(P<0.05);冠心病组CRP(C-反应蛋白)、IL-6(白介素-6)、TNF-α(肿瘤坏死因子-α),其水平分别为(5.8±1.6)、(15.8±7.62)、(16.1±2.2)mg·L-1,明显高于对照组的(3.85±0.87)、(6.5±1.53)、(5.5±1.6)mg·L-1(P<0.05);冠心病发展的不同阶段SAP(稳定型心绞痛)、UAP(不稳定型心绞痛)、AMI(急性心肌梗死),LCI(血脂综合指数)水平逐渐升高,血清中CRP(C-反应蛋白)、sCD40L(人可溶性CD40配体)、MMP-9(金属蛋白酶-9)的水平也逐渐升高.结论 血脂表达水平与冠心病患者炎症表达存在明显的相关性.脂质代谢紊乱、CRP(C-反应蛋白)升高与Cpn(肺炎衣原体)感染发生协同作用,促使炎症高表达,诱发及加重动脉粥样硬化,从而引起冠心病发生发展.

Correlation between blood lipid levels and pneumonia conformal coating in coronary patients

Abstract:Abstract:Objective To investigate correlation between blood lipid levels and inflamlnation expression in coronary patients,to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of coronary. Methods We selected 50 coronary patients in our hospital as coronary, group, and 33 cases of non-coronaty persons over the same period in the cardiology department as control group. Two groups were compared in blood lipid levels,Cpn igG positive rate and inflammation expression. Results TC (4.75 ± 1.33) mmol · L -1 ,TG( 1.67 ± 0.82) mmol · L -1, LDL-C (2.88 ± 0.86) mmol · L -1 levels of coronary group were significantly higher than the control group ! (3.96 ± 1.07) , ( 1.05 ± 0.42) , (2.12 ± 0.47) mmol · L -1 ] (P 〈 0.05) ; Cpn igG positive rate (76.7 % ) of coronary group were significantly higher than the control group (21.2%) (P 〈 0.05) ;CRP (5.8 ± 1.6 ) mg · L ·, IL-6 ( 15.8 ± 7.62) mg · L -1, TNF-α ( 16.1 ± 2.2 ) mg · L levels of coronat7 group were significantly higher than the control group [ (3.85 ± 0.87 ) , (6.5 ± 1.53) , (5.5 ± 1.6 ) mg · L -1 ] (P 〈 0.05). At different development stages of coronary, heart disease, SAP, UAP, AMI, LCI levels gradually increased, and CRP, sCl)40L, MMP-9 levels also gradually increased. Conclusions Blood lipid levels and inflammation expression had significant correlation. Lipid metabolism disorder, CRP elewtion and Cpn infection have synergistic effect,which promote high irfflammation expression,induce and aggrawte atheroselerosis,and finally cause the development of coronary heart disease.
