| 摘 要： | 利用改进的DEAE Sephadex离子交换色谱从自制氢化松香中分离出中性部分 ,并采用DB 5毛细管柱和GC MS DS技术对中性部分的化学组成进行分析。结果氢化松香中性部分共分离出 1 8个组分 ,鉴定了其中的 1 3个组分 ,主要成分为 7 二氢异海松醇、8( 1 4) 二氢海松醇、油酸甲酯、1 5 二十四碳烯酸甲酯、3,1 7 二羟基 孕甾烷 1 1 ,2 0 二酮、7 二氢异海松醛及去氢枞酸甲酯等。其中的 7个氢化二萜组分为首次报道的新化合物。

| Abstract: | Neutral fraction in the hydrogenated rosin prepared by authors was separated from acidic fraction by modified DEAE Sephadex ion exchange chromatography and analyzed with GC MS DS technique by using DB 5 capillary column.Eighteen compounds were isolated from the neutral fraction and thirteen of them were identified. Its main components were 7 isopimarenol,8(14) pimarenol,methyl oleate,methyl 15 tetracosenoate,3,17 dihydroxy pregnane 11,20 dione,7 isopimarenal and methyl dehydroabietate etc.Seven hydrogenated diterpene components were new compounds reported for the first time. |
