搅拌摩擦焊焊接缺陷的研究

摘    要:搅拌摩擦焊具有焊接质量高的显著特点,但若工艺参数选择不当也会存在焊接缺陷等问题.文中综述了国内外搅拌摩擦焊焊接缺陷的研究现状,主要涉及缺陷的类型、影响因素以及缺陷的检测方法等三方面的内容,具体包括孔洞、飞边、未焊合及沟槽等四大类缺陷.总的来看,目前对搅拌摩擦焊焊接缺陷的研究,主要是从接头性能和组织的角度出发,进而获得缺陷的种类及形成原因,对于缺陷的形成机理以及检测技术还有待深入研究,以便揭示诸多影响因素的交互作用,从而实现对缺陷的有效控制.

Abstract:Friction stir welding (FSW) is characterized by high weld quality, but welding defects still exist in the joints if unsuitable welding parameters were used. In the present review, the research status of FSW defects was introduced from the aspects of defects characterizations, affecting factors and testing methods. The welding defects include cavity, flash, flute, kissing bond and so on. The defect characterizations and their affecting factors have been fully studied on the base of microstructure analysis and property testing of the joints, and further studies should be focused on the formation mechanism and testing technique of FSW defects in order to reveal the mutual actions of multiple factors and to accomplish effective control of FSW defects.
