基于均匀设计的充填体强度特性试验研究

摘    要:为探究红牛铜矿全尾砂胶结充填体强度特性,以充填料浆浓度、砂灰比、养护龄期为影响因素,基于均匀设计试验方案开展了充填配比试验,并对试验结果进行了非线性回归分析。结果表明:均匀设计试验方法可靠性高;对充填体强度的影响程度大小排序为砂灰比、养护龄期、充填料浆浓度;充填体单轴抗压强度随养护龄期、充填料浆浓度的增大而增大,随砂灰比的增大而减小。

Abstract:In order to study the strength characteristics of cemented tailings filling body in hongniu copper mine, the filling ratio test was carried out based on the uniform design test scheme, with the concentration of filling slurry, sand cement ratio and curing age as the influencing factors, and the nonlinear regression analysis of the test results was carried out. The results show that the reliability of uniform design test method is high; the order of influence on the strength of filling body is sand cement ratio, curing age and filling slurry concentration; the uniaxial compressive strength of filling body increases with the increase of curing age and filling slurry concentration, and decreases with the increase of sand cement ratio.
