社区卫生信息化的研究与探索

目的：以国内外社区卫生领域信息化管理现状为背景,针对当前社区卫生信息化存在的问题,提出了新的管理思路。方法：研究和设计了基于SOA的社区医疗服务信息平台,并以深圳宝安人民医院和其所辖的10个社康站作为研究基地。结果：使患者可以在社康中心享受到宝安人民医院的医疗设备、技术等方面的资源,实现了双向转诊。结论：转变了以往社区卫生服务的工作模式,优化了居民的就诊流程,真正实现了＂小病在社区,大病进医院,康复回社区＂的管理模式。
